European City Guide LLC is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to meet recognised accessibility standards.
1. Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
2. What we do
- Semantic HTML, clear heading hierarchy, and meaningful link text.
- Alt text for meaningful images.
- Sufficient colour contrast and resizable text.
- Keyboard navigation across all interactive elements.
- Forms with clear labels and error messages.
3. Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-off project. We test new pages, run periodic audits, and address issues as they come up. If you find something that doesn't work for you we want to hear about it.
4. Reporting an issue
Email accessibility@europeancityguide.com or call +1 208-735-7139. Please tell us the page URL, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology (if any) you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
5. Alternative formats
If you need information from this site in an alternative format (large print, plain text, audio), contact us and we will do our best to provide it.
